How is my energy usage calculated?
Energy usage is calculated using a rating given by an independent accessor and added to your home’s EPC.
EPC stands for Energy Performance Certificate and is measured on a scale from A to G. It measures the relative energy efficiency of a home, with A being the highest and G being the lowest.
What is ECO4?
ECO4 is a government scheme that allows low income households claiming benefits to be granted money to make their homes more energy efficient for FREE. To qualify, you need to live in a house with an EPC of C or lower.
